this is really beautiful.
to me there is only a spider, which is not an insect at all, but with all vegetation there are several insects roaming about. again, a gorgeous work.
I'm a big fan of purple and swirls, so this image jumped right out at me! I also like the symmetry, something very insect-like, and the silhouetting. Very dramatic!
I don't know if it's one or two, but it's marvelous artwork.
Love the Art Nouveau style swirls.
